Use our 23/32 bit for 3/4 thick ply, 31/64 bit for 1/2 ply and our 15/64 for 1/4 ply. No gaps or sloppy joints, guaranteed. Available with 1/2 or 1/4 shanks.

great in a hand held router and in a router table. nothing beats having the exact cut size for today's modern plywood dimensions. plywood is no longer made in actual widths so when you need a tight fitting dado or groove, these CMT bits are the best.
I used the bit 3/4 once , and it was good ,time will tell tho.
The sizes are: 15/64" for 1/4", 31/64" for 1/2" and 23/32" for 3/4". These are quality bits with a 1/2" shank that do the job they are meant for. Tired of sloppy fitting plywood shelving in dados. That's because 1/2" plywood isn't 1/2" but is 31/64".
